Nature Walk: June Climate Hub Event - 2 June 2026

Tuesday 2 June 2026, 7.45-9pm, Ditchling Village Orchard

Join us for a gentle evening walk led by Dr Jo Gilar celebrating the abundance of riches in the summer hedgerows and encouraging everyone to share foraging knowledge of local wildflowers and herbs.

The walk will start in the Ditching Village Orchard at 7.45pm then head up on to Lodge Hill in the direction of Keymer, ending at the Thatched Inn, Hassocks. No prior knowledge needed, but bring along a cotton/canvas bag for gathering and sturdy walking boots.

If you are based in Hassocks and/or would like a circular walk, a group will set off from the Thatched Inn, Hassocks towards the Orchard. Please meet us in the Thatched Inn car park at 7.15pm.
